Gary E. Olson

Gary E. Olson, principal broker, graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a B.A. in Economics and Finance. His post-graduate work was from Xavier University and the University of Cincinnati in Secondary Education. Mr. Olson is a member of the National, State and Local Associations of Realtors as well as the Multiple Listing Service of Cincinnati. He has been licensed with the Ohio Division of Real Estate since 1972 and began his career working for one of the largest real estate companies in Southwest Ohio. Six years later the time was right and in 1978, Olson Real Estate was founded. Many things have changed since that time, but the philosophy on which the company was founded remains the same. Simply put, we treat everyone as we want to be treated.

Anne H. Olson

Anne H. Olson has been licensed with the Ohio Division of Real Esate since 1978. Mrs. Olson attended the University of Cincinnati and Cincinnati Technical College. She worked in customer service with American Airlines in Cincinnati before becoming a full time realtor. Mrs. Olson devotes many hours as a volunteer in her community. She especially enjoys her time with the Cincinnati Fine Arts. She is also an Ambassador at Greater Cincinnati Airport. Anne really enjoys helping empty nesters sell their large home and replace it with a new home or condominium.

Richard F. Hassebrock

Our newest team member is Richard Hassebrock whose background includes over 30 years of commercial banking experience with the fifth largest bank in the United States. A graduate of the University of Cincinnati, Mr. Hassebrock is a lifelong resident of Cincinnati, residing in Clermont County. He covers the eastern portion of the Greater Cincinnati market.
